I think it's time to update the JimmyCase designs. I've seen the same designs now for years and years. Also, it would be nice if you could manufacture the rubber case in more colors than plain old Black. It's a GREAT product, but the designs and colors are getting a bit out dated. I would probably buy 2 or 3 cases if you had more cool color case combos. That way I could switch them out to coordinate with what I'm wearing, like I do with my watches.
The elastic wallet is outstanding! I have had jimmycases on prior iPhone models with no problem but I am on my 2nd jimmycase on my iphone 13 pro and both fail within 1 year due to the corners separating from the phone, effectively pushing the phone out, causing a significant loss of impact resistance.
It was a long and great run with these cases, but I have to move to another brand.
OK! This is definitely the best iPhone wallet case I’ve owned. It’s comfortable, protective, holds 5+ cards, slim and easily accessible with simple thumb up card access. The issue is it doesn’t last! Before 1 year Mark the silicone is separating from the case- first time I reported it they sent a replacement case. The next one only lasted 4 months and this time customer service didn’t respond. What a great case but needs to get better adhesive or wrap around shaping
Hello! This is my second of the iPhone 11 JimmyCases - I emailed customer service last year within my warranty period to ask for a new one as my old one was coming away from the phone and not holding it securely. I’m in the UK and the cases are so expensive so I decided not to contact them to get another one this time. A year on (it’s been like this for a few months) the plastic around the edges is coming away from the wood again but worse this time and the plastic has warped. My phone slides from the top and bottom of the case as it has somehow warped into having more space than before. I have been buying jimmycase as long as I’ve had an iPhone so for about 13+ years now and they never used to let me down but now they finally have. I’m not sure if it’s something to do with the materials changing in quality or what. Very disappointing. I hope that the problems will be fixed and no one else has this issue. But for the price of the case - for me it’s not worth it if it won’t even last a year.
I have owned three JimmyCases (changing with new phones). The design is incomparable. Delivery came with a week. I previously purchased another "similar" product (cheaper), and threw it out 3 months later when the cards started falling out. I typically carry 5 cards without issues. Thank you JimmyCase!
