We understand this is a new product which you are ordering online. The reviews are great, but you may feel different. Don't worry. If you don't like your jimmyCASE for any reason (except for dirt issues), email us -- within 30 days of purchase. The white cases and pink fabrics tend to show dirt, and the no-risk guarantee does not apply for this. We will try our best to respond to your concerns. If we can't, we will refund your purchase price upon return of item to jimmyCASE. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. Outbound shipping charges will not be refunded.
We ship to many countries, all over Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan. If you don't see your country listed on our shipping page, contact us -- maybe we can add it. We ship USPS First Class which usually takes 7-10 days to most countries. We do not collect taxes or duty on international orders. Those payments are the responsibility of the buyer.
jimmyCASE is made with elastic bands custom made for us at a mill in Los Angeles. The elastic bands are super-tight. jimmyCASE can hold one card, and up to about six cards. The elastic doesn't stretch-out, so you can be confident your precious cards will stay in place until you push them out (with your thumb on the bottom). The elastic is hand-tacked at the bottom, so cards can't slip through. But you can push the cards out easily with your thumb. Pretty cool.
The rubber bumpers on the 5/5S and 5C are designed to work with official Apple lighting connectors. Some after-market connectors are larger than the official Apple connector and do not fit in the opening at the bottom. We are working on a revised bumper to accommodate the larger connectors, but do not have an update yet. After-market chargers should fit fine with the iPhone 4 and Samsung Galaxy S4 cases.
Yes. We get our genuine mahogany from a local aircraft supplier. This super-strong military-spec wood is designed for airplanes. It looks great and gives the jimmyCASE a strong core. The lighter wood available in July 2014 is Basswood, also from the same aircraft supplier -- lightweight and super strong.
You carry your phone in your hand all day. No matter how much you wash, the dirt or oil from your hands will get on the case. We do ScotchGuard the fabric. But, the lighter colors (white rubber with pink fabric) will show dirt. The darkest cases (black fabric and navy blue & black stripes) will show much less dirt and stay cleaner looking over the long-haul.
We have built jimmyCASE with a semi-hard bumper that wraps all the away around the phone, protecting all four corners. The bumper wraps around the front of the phone to keep the glass from rubbing on a table. There are lots iPhone case options, including many with extreme protective qualities. The jimmyCASE is not designed to compete directly with these. We believe we have found a good balance of trim dimensions and protective quality. jimmyCASE is offered with a 30-day no-risk guarantee. If jimmyCASE's protective qualities are not up to your standards, you can return within 30 days of purchase. Our warranty covers the cost of jimmyCASE only and does not cover any incidental damages to your phone.
