US Postal Service First Class generally delivers within 4 business days, but please note their reported service standard is 7-10 business days. Domestically, we provide Priority Mail as an option for an additional cost of $7.50 and Priority Mail Express for $25.00. We will attempt to ship Priority more quickly than our 5 business day standard, but cannot guarantee it.

Great product and customer service

Received the protectors (2) and one was damaged. Reached out via email and Jimmy's customer service response was timely, courteous and a replacement is on its way already.

2nd Go around on screen protectors

I tried to chance my first review, but I guess I can’t. I have to say that I wasn’t impressed with these, but after Jimmy Case personally reached out to me and sent me new ones…well, that’s what customer service is all about. I am trying them again. Thank you, Jimmy Case.

Works great - no damage and lots of drops!

Somewhat hard to get it to stick completely at the edges, even though the phone was box new.

Decent

I dropped my phone with the screen protector and Jimmycase from about 3 feet off the ground, and the protector cracked. It was the first time I had dropped it, and the protector had only been on for four days. Application was easy, but I think that you could probably get better quality elsewhere for the same price. I would give a higher rating, but I'm constantly worried that the protector isn't going to work properly if I drop it again.
